I turn AI capability into financial outcomes for PE-backed healthcare.

I'm Michelle Pellon, VP, AI & Analytics at BlueSprig Pediatrics, a KKR-backed provider of pediatric ABA therapy. I run technology and data platforms: a 12-person team, a $7M portfolio, 3,000+ clinicians across 160+ sites, and a monthly board report to PE sponsors. My team replatformed a legacy stack to a DuckDB lakehouse (DuckLake) and cut platform and staffing costs by more than 75%. The AI we shipped is in production, and Finance and Clinical Ops use it every day. I also still write code: MCP servers, eval harnesses, clinical AI tools, all live on GitHub.

Experience

Each of these roles was a mandate: take it, deliver it, hand it off. Along the way I've supported 15+ M&A integrations across four organizations.

Mandate: modernize the data estate and embed AI in clinical operations for a KKR-backed provider.

  • Ship applied AI into clinical operations: an AI note-audit tool for RBTs and a Chrome extension that automates clinical note authoring inside CentralReach. Authored the company's AI governance and vendor-assessment framework.
